Our Barrel Aged Pinot Noir has a rustic sweetness of dried figs, this medium roast coffee gives way to a heavy sweet body, like the caramelized sugar from a creme brûlée crust. We take the natural flavor from grade 1 single origin Rwanda coffee beans and age them in used Pinot Noir Wine Barrels to bring out a sweeter version of Rwanda.

Aged to Perfection
The honeyed process method imparts sweet flavor and complexities into this single origin coffee from Rwanda. They are then roasted to reveal dried figs, caramelized sugar, and creme brûlée. Our signature process ages these beans inside an emptied Pinot Noir barrel for up to 60 days, and allows them to absorb the essential essence of the spirit—while the rich oak barrel creates an intensifying profile that comes to life when freshly roasted in small batches.
