I once dated a gal who’s mom was an experienced roaster from Columbia. The relationship didn’t work out, but I was forever spoiled on finding a genuinely great grind. Or so I thought, until I popped opened the Cooper’s Cask bag. There it was. The smell and soon the cup experience I’d been missing.
