I gave this as a gift so I didn’t actually try it myself, but the people I gave it to raved about it. Said at first they were concerned as they don’t like flavored coffee, but were pleasantly surprised and will be purchasing again.

I really like their coffee. I got the cask coffee sampler and liked all of them. I took a particular liking to the rum barrel coffee from Rwanda and decided to get a big bag. I goofed and bought the ground coffee instead of the whole beans. I reached out to the folks at Cooper’s Coffee and the fixed my order asap. Really good customer service and I’m happy to be a repeat customer. Highly recommended!

I don't normally do this, but I will make an excuse for Coopers Cask. I was a bit skeptical originally about this product especially considering the price, I mean how much could coffee taste like bourbon. When I first opened the bag the smell of the whole beans left me no doubt that this coffee was worth the price. After I ground the beans the smell filled my room with bourbon barrel smell. Now don't get me wrong this coffee does not taste exactly like bourbon. Rather the taste tastes like a slight whiskey and allot of oak flavor, but the taste is better than I could have imagined. Needless to say I ordered the Rum Barrel aged coffee from them because this coffee is too good to pass up! I look forward to trying other flavors in the future!

This coffee by far is the best!! I could just smell the aroma all day! If there was a candle line, I would want one. The taste is even better, with the rich flavors all blended together. And the price is well worth it!

I use this to make Nitro Cold brew and it almost feels like I shouldn't be allowed to drink it at work. It tastes like the inside of a charred bourbon barrel would smell, mixed with coffee. This is delicious, and I have it on hand 24/7. At $30, if you are a multiple cup a day coffee drinker like I am, I keep a BS coffee to make a pot every morning and chug those. This is my "treat to myself" coffee. Either way, it's my favorite cold brew to keep on hand. 5 stars

The color and aroma when open the package filled my sensory systems of site and smell. Ground to a medium consistent and 202 deg water poured at a ratio of 20g coffee to 10 oz water, the favor is smooth and sweet with a touch of bourbon which lingers on the palate. Pricey, so I won’t indulge daily. But when I want to spoil myself, this will be my go to morning Java!
