Delicious smell and delicious when brewed.
I tried to brew it with moka and French press. While I usually prefer to use my moka, with this one I find the French press to give the best results.
I ordered two more bags.

I am drinking of cup of this coffee as I write this review. This has a very pleasant taste with no bitter aftertaste. My palate is not so refined as to distinguish all of the tasting notes, but I can detect the subtle chocolate. Since I now must stay away from caffiene, I have been looking for a coffee with full flavor and no bitterness. I think I've found one. Thank you.

I had the regular first, and loved it. The flavor of Ethiopian I had had years ago but wasn’t able to duplicate. The decaf is a little lighter on flavor, as expected given it’s more processed. But still wonderful.

Really smooth taste, with all the perfect notes of Ethiopian deliciousness, without the usual bad decaf aftertaste/bitterness I’ve found in other brands. I literally don’t want to drink anything else now, it’s ruined me, lol. No caffeine, fair trade and organic, and cones from a small family run US business. Win-win!! Its my fav coffee now, and I’m a big coffee snob, lol. (And no, I don’t know the family and no one paid me for this review. But I can tell you I have this baby on repeat subscribe and save :)
