Ethiopia Bold Light Roast Coffee
Ethiopian coffee combines a colorful flavor with lively aromas for a unique drinking experience. Our drying process leaves a fruit peel pulp on the cherry as the beans dry—providing a subtle citrus taste with raw floral honey and wild berry undertones when roasted at a light roast level.

Fantastic coffee. Folks I rarely buy same coffee twice because there are tons of options online. But this coffee, I am going to make an exception.. this is real good coffee, very smooth, no after taste, it’s says light roast but it’s somewhere in between medium and dark..

I cannot say enough good things about this coffee. I drink light roasted Ethiopian coffee exclusively. I drink it black so the flavors are not masked. This coffee has an incredible flavor profile - its light and bright (as advertised) with a burst of citrus. If you like light roasted Ethiopian coffee you should give this a try.

I have actually been to Ethiopia and had coffee there. This stuff is legit. Seldom is Ethiopian coffee sold in a light roast so I was fortunate to find it. Very impressed with the quality of this coffee and have already ordered more of Coopers coffee products. You will not be disappointed. Slight floral, and citrus notes with a smooth non acidic finish. A must have for light roast lovers.

The Ethiopian is perfect as a morning pour over. Be careful to keep the water temp below 195 or the bitterness can come through. However when done right this coffee is superb! The delivery fulfillment was on time and accurate. If you are a bit of a coffee snob I’d recommend giving this a try.

I have bought a lot of coffee. I live in a city with lots of coffee roasters and can usually get coffee that was roasted a few hours before I walk in. Then came corona. Now life sucks. But after a very disheartening and long search on Amazon, I found a coffee that looked promising. Cooper's Ethiopia is extremely good. Smooth, flavorful, and overall excellent. I am very pleased with it and might keep ordering it even if the world gets back to normal.

Very subtle, light roast. Notes of lemon rind and floral. The lemon sits on your tongue 20 minutes after you finish drinking your coffee. I came to these beans after watching Black Gold. I am definitely more aware of the meaning of "fair trade coffee" after viewing the documentary. This is an EXCELLENT coffee if a light roast is what you desire for early morning brews made at home.

I love a single origin coffee and I decided to try these guys for the first time. I've been very happy with this coffee in my chemex. Tastes awesome and no bitterness or reasons to complain

Though light roast is not my favored,
I'm switching to bright citrus-flavored:
smells lifting up bold.
mellow taste to behold.
