We take the natural flavor from grade 1 single origin Rwandan coffee beans and age them in used Thomas Tew Rum Barrels to bring out a sweet taste with a hint of spiciness.

The natural dark toffee and molasses of our single origin Rwandan coffee beans enhance the flavor of the rum’s caramel sweetness and slight spiciness. Our signature process ages these beans inside an emptied rum barrel for up to 60 days, and allows them to absorb the essential essence of the spirit—while the rich oak barrel creates an intensifying profile that comes to life when freshly roasted in small batches.

I really like their coffee. I got the cask coffee sampler and liked all of them. I took a particular liking to the rum barrel coffee from Rwanda and decided to get a big bag. I goofed and bought the ground coffee instead of the whole beans. I reached out to the folks at Cooper’s Coffee and the fixed my order asap. Really good customer service and I’m happy to be a repeat customer. Highly recommended!

Sent this to my little brother to celebrate his recent retirement from 20+ years in the US Air Force. Got him a new mug so we felt like he needed to try some new coffee in it. He loves rum and our name is Cooper (not his). Thought this would be a perfect gift and match. We ordered ourselves the Kcup variety pack. We are not drinkers but so far, my hubby is enjoying 3 of the 4 flavors. Both packages arrived in perfect condition. We also ordered 2 Cooper Cask Mugs (because our name is Cooper). One for my hubby and one for our USNavy son. Will be taking his coffee & mug to him for Christmas. Thanks for making a great product!

This is my absolute favorite coffee!!
